About

Dionne Jude, founder of Black Girl Maxxing

There was a point where I felt lost.

Not completely stuck, but not clear either. Trying to figure life out, knowing I wanted more, but not always sure what that looked like or how to get there. I was searching for answers, looking outside of myself for direction, structure, something that would help it all make sense.

I’ve always been interested in personal development. I read, listened, learned. I knew the language of growth. But the truth is, I wasn’t always consistent. I would start strong, feel motivated, make plans… and then fall off. Not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t have a system that worked in real life.

That’s when things started to shift.

I realised that the answers I was looking for weren’t outside of me. They were already there. What I needed was a way to access them, trust them, and act on them consistently.

That became the core purpose behind everything I’ve built.

This platform exists to help individuals access their own internal resources. Their awareness, their discipline, their ability to decide, act, and follow through. Not to depend on external motivation, but to build something from within that lasts.

I developed Black Girl Maxxing because I needed something that felt real. Not overwhelming. Not perfect. Just structured enough to help me show up daily and move forward.

It brings together the areas that shape how you live. Your mindset, your discipline, how you carry yourself, how you take care of your energy, and the direction you are moving in. It doesn’t try to fix everything at once. It helps you build, step by step.

This isn’t about having it all figured out.

It’s about being honest about where you are, deciding where you want to go, and taking action with what you already have.

If you’ve ever felt like you should be further along, or like you keep starting again, you’re not alone.

You don’t need more information.

You need to trust yourself, use what’s already within you, and keep showing up.

That’s what this is here to help you do.

Regards,

Dionne Jude
