You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

Black Girl Maxxing provides 28-day guided self-development and business challenges, journaling tools and related digital content. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time to improve the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

If you have not yet accessed paid content and wish to withdraw, get in touch via our contact page within 14 days of purchase.

You agree not to: (a) copy, redistribute or resell our content; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service to harass others or upload unlawful content; or (d) attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls or security measures.

All content, branding, prompts, journal frameworks and challenge structures within the Service are owned by SF Education Group Limited or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own development.

Anything you write in the Service (journal entries, reflections) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service offers self-development content. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or business advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or us. On termination your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
